ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has shipped.

This policy complies with U.S. consumer law when clearly disclosed prior to purchase, including FTC guidance on hygiene-based exclusions.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders (Limited Exception)

We will address issues only if:

  • The wrong item was shipped, or
  • The item was damaged during transit
Requirements:
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide order number and clear photographic evidence
Resolution may include:
  • Replacement (if available), or
  • Store credit (at our discretion)

3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Minor packaging variations
  • Shipping delays beyond our control

4. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.
